Shipping policy

Shipping to US and Canada

Standard shipping - Packages are shipped by Polish Post and are delivered by USPS in United States and by Canada Post in Canada. Shipping time is  7-21 days. You get a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

Courier - We also offer regular courier shipping by Fedex or UPS which delivers packages within 4-5 days.

And now we offer free standard shipping to USA on orders of $100 and up.

Shipping to Europe

is handled by Polish Post registered air mail service. The package is delivered to you by the postal service in your country. Delivery times are 5-10 days

Shipping to Australia

is available only by courier like Fedex or UPS. Delivery times are 5-7 days.

Other shipping information

Shipping Point - Shipping is from our storage facility in Warsaw, Poland.

Handling Time- Your products are normally shipped within two business days of the time your payment clears.

Tracking Number - You get a tracking number the same day your product is shipped.

Shipping to other countries - please inquire whether we are able to ship to your country.
